In early 2023 Glauco Noseda, Jacopo, Nathan and Moritz Martignoni decided it was time to give Onda a new life. It officially reopened on June 1st 2023.

Today, Onda’s magic, today, is a mix of past and future, looking back to the purest Italian tradition with attention to the International fast-changing scene. It proudly offers pure Italian flavors and high quality of both produce and service.
