If our paths have crossed, it’s because we’re both looking for something. So, on this blank page, we will try to tell you about Us, why we’re here, and what we’re searching for.
We haven’t yet created a brand that encompasses all our brands, so we will talk about the “Group” referring to our three realities, all based on Lake Como:
● SPUMA, an event company born 3 years ago with a particular focus on banqueting and catering. We operate in the wedding sector (in November, we were in Paris as the Beverage Partner of the wedding defined by the international media as “The wedding of the Century” with 60 of our collaborators), as well as in sports, design, and fashion.
● UNA FINESTRA SUL LAGO, is the Group’s fine dining restaurant located in Carate Urio. An American customer defined us with 3 keywords “Authentic, Urban, Magic”. At Finestra sul Lago, you live a 360° experience from the kitchen to the cellar, from the view to the music; and people for us are the key to providing a unique experience to the customer.
● ONDA, the newcomer on the shores of Cernobbio: Italian, pop, and sparkling. We can define it as a modern Italian trattoria, the cuisine is tasty and simple, and to give a twist to the Como scene we often organize evenings like piano bars, or the “Thursday of the Wave” with DJs from all over Italy.
The Group, operating in hospitality, is growing strongly and is composed of over 50 collaborators, most of whom are under 30 with an incredible desire to do.
We are positive, ambitious, organized, motivated, united, and very professional. We are a bit like a big family. We are not ordinary, banal, superficial, pessimistic, obvious.
For the 2024 season, we are looking for various professional figures, who know how to do their job.

● Pastry chef
● Kitchen commis

● Junior sommelier
● Pizza chef
● Pizza chef assistant
● Counter attendant
We won’t write the usual list of what you need to know how to do, because we take it for granted and will read it on the CV, except for the Pizza Chef where we explicitly ask that you be:
– experienced, with at least 5 years of experience
– skilled in working with high hydration doughs
– autonomous in managing daily tasks
– there will be opportunities for growth, variable work hours, contract with fixed-term employment, with the possibility of permanent employment
We are interested in you sharing the same values of the Group listed above. In addition, we are looking for someone who:
– can work well in a team
– is eager to grow professionally
– has multitasking skills and organizational capabilities
– respects schedules and is available for shift changes and on holidays
– maintains personal order and cleanliness as well as in carrying out their duties
– can pay attention, care for detail and order
– knows how to take care of the customer by adding their personal touch and energy to ensure the best guest experience
